How Do I Become A Member Of Florence Street Baptist Church?

God's plan for every believer includes membership in a local church.  Membership is a commitment we first make in our hearts, and then this heart-felt commitment is expressed by responding to the Invitation given at the end of every worship service, followed by acclamation from the membership present.

We receive members in one of three ways:

1.  By professing faith in Christ and submitting to scriptural baptism.

2.  By transfer of membership from a Baptist church of like faith and order.

3.  By statement of your salvation and past scriptural baptism in accordance with scripture teachings.
